2. Nature, Scope and Purposes of Data Processing
We use the data provided by you on the website and/or within the App and the data generated within the course of measurements in order to enable the various functions of mobile performance analysis within the scope of DYNOSTICS Platform. These functions include in particular various individual analyses of your data (such as e.g. calculation of BMI, training zones, heart rate, maximum pulse, recovery rate, performance development and performance comparisons) and training suggestions based thereon. In addition, we create anonymized statistics; however, these no longer permit any conclusions about individuals or their data.
If you wish to undertake a mobile performance analysis with a certain provider (e.g. a participating sports club or gym), this provider first has to activate you on DYNOSTICS Platform. By this activation, the respective provider obtains access to the data of all measurements which you carry out with this provider. Within the scope of DYNOSTICS Platform, the provider may in particular use this data in order to provide individual advice to you and/or to carry out comparative performance analyses with its other users.
In no case will your data be transferred to other third parties.
If you separately provide us with a respective consent declaration, we will also use your email address and your other data collected and stored in connection with DYNOSTICS in order to email you offers of DYNOSTICS and select partner businesses operating in the health and fitness sector, which are tailored to your individual interests. Such emails are exclusively sent by Sicada, i.e. neither your email address nor your other data is disclosed to the partner businesses or other third parties. You may revoke your consent to the use of your data for purposes of email advertising at any time with future effect.
3. Use of External Service Providers
For certain tasks, we may engage external service providers to process data (e.g. computer centers). These service providers shall process the data exclusively in accordance with our instructions, are thus also subject to this data protection policy and are monitored by us. The service providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes or disclose your data to third parties.
